After extensively testing headsets ranging from £15 - £60 +,  Callagenix now use the Plantronics Duoset for DECT with a 2.5mm Socket.  The support teams tested a range of headsets on the Snom, Siemens and Linksys Voip phones.   Each headset was marked for comfort, durability and clarity.  In some cases headsets were swaped over during a phone call in order that a better comparison could be made.
