We are very pleased with the Callagenix service, we didn’t want the committment of a complicated phone system and loved that we could outsource it for a monthly fee.
One feature we’re looking forward to is VOIP!

Many thanks for your kind words. Voip is now available to use. As you already have an account with us you can initiate your account to use voip and select a free block of 10 numbers. Please click on the IP telephony menu to see the list of supported voip phones.

Callagenix have supplied us with a fabulous service over the past 4 years, enabling us to establish our support desk in a cost effective and controlled manner. The service is exceptionally reliable, and straightforward to use.

At RCF UK we are extremely pleased with the Virtual Switchboard Service. As a company we operate from Four different locations within the UK plus have a mobile sales team.
The Switchboard Service and automatic number routing and flexibility to change the system whenever we want, gives us what we believe is an outstandingly excellent telephone system. Using Voip phones in our office base is also keeping costs down as well.
